All perishable items travel securely in temperature-controlled Chilltainer packaging to guarantee absolute freshness.

Important Note on Mixed Orders: If your order contains a combination of both perishable and non-perishable hampers, our specialized perishable shipping rates and climate-controlled protocols will automatically apply to the entire order to keep all items perfectly preserved.

Operating Hours & Availability

  • Australia-Wide: Dispatched Monday through Friday.

  • Southeast Queensland (SEQ): Hand-delivered 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders must be finalized by 6pm Brisbane time to qualify for next-business-day dispatch.

 

Delivery Confirmation

To help ensure a successful delivery, all South East Queensland (SEQ) Next Day, Same Day and Preferred Day deliveries require the recipient to be contacted by SMS and/or phone to confirm the delivery address and availability prior to delivery. This is particularly important for perishable gift hampers and apartment addresses.

If we are unable to contact the recipient, or if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a re-delivery fee will apply. The re-delivery fee is equal to the full delivery fee.
