Mixed Orders (Perishable + Non-Perishable)

If your order contains both types of hampers, perishable shipping options will automatically apply to ensure your items travel safely with the correct temperature protection.

 

 

Delivery Availability

  • We deliver Australia-wide Monday to Friday.

  • Southeast Queensland only: delivery available 7 days a week.

  • Weekend and public holiday deliveries are SEQ only.

  • Orders must be placed by 5pm Brisbane time for next-day dispatch.

  • Same Day Delivery (SEQ only) requires ordering by 2pm.

 

Multiple Boxes & Same-Address Rates

  • Delivery rates apply to every 4 boxes shipped to the same address.

  • Additional delivery addresses will incur an additional delivery fee.

 

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Every order includes full Track & Trace, allowing you to follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

Honey Luxe Co. is not responsible for:
• Parcels redirected due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Goods left safe at the customer’s request
• Items lost or damaged after successful delivery

Redelivery fees apply if:
• An incorrect address is supplied
• The recipient is unavailable and the courier cannot leave the parcel safely

 

Delivery Timeframes (Guide Only)

While we always aim to deliver on your preferred date, delivery timeframes may be affected by:
• Courier routes
• Weather
• Traffic
• Peak season volumes
• Unforeseen delays

Specific delivery time windows cannot be guaranteed.
Delayed delivery due to factors outside our control is not grounds for cancellation.

 

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• We cannot cancel or amend orders once they have been packed or dispatched.
